Our research toolbox is extensive and includes a broad range of qualitative and quantitative techniques.

Examples of research

    • Nickelodeon’s Bubble Guppies – MCG conducts primary research with children on episodes at varying stages of production. Researchers also collaborate with series producers to develop content that implements the series’ educational goals.
    • Girl Scouts USA – MCG recently conducted a qualitative research study for the Girl Scouts USA, including both in-person and online focus groups with middle school girls who are not Girl Scouts.  The objective was to identify their motivations for participating in a program to support as well as empower them.  Specific recommendations were provided about communicating with girls in the target group as well as tailoring a program to further their motivation to be involved with a supportive, empowering program.

MCG conducts applied research within a broad range of categories, including education and learning, market research, public opinion, surveys, polling, organizational research, communication, program development and implementation.
